1. The service

We provide live streaming infrastructure: an ingest endpoint that accepts RTMP or SRT from your encoder, and delivery of that stream to your viewers over HLS and the other protocols listed on your plan.

What your plan includes — the number of ingests, the concurrent viewer limit, bandwidth, and whether SRT and the control panel are available — is set out on the plans page and in the invoice we issue. Those figures form part of this agreement.

2. Provisioning and your credentials

After payment clears we issue an ingest URL, a stream key and a playback link. We aim to provision within one business day, but a specific provisioning time is only binding if we have confirmed it to you in writing.

Your stream key is a credential. Anyone holding it can broadcast on your channel, and usage under your key is treated as yours. Keep it confidential and tell us immediately if you believe it has been exposed, so we can rotate it.

3. Your content and your rights to it

You keep all ownership of what you broadcast. We claim no rights over it beyond what is technically necessary to receive, process and deliver the stream to your viewers.

You are responsible for holding the rights to everything you send us — the footage, the music, the commentary, the logos and any third-party material within it. You confirm that broadcasting it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.

4. Permitted use

We do not monitor streams as a matter of course, and we do not review your content before it goes out. We do act on credible complaints and on legal notices.

You may not use the service to broadcast or distribute:

• Content you do not hold the broadcast rights to, including rebroadcast of television channels, films, sport or live events licensed to someone else
• Content that is unlawful under Indian law, including obscene material, content involving minors, and material that incites violence or hatred
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark or personality rights
• Malware, or traffic intended to attack, overload or probe any system
• Anything that places our network, our IP addresses or our upstream providers at legal or operational risk

5. Plan limits

Monthly plans are sized by concurrent viewers. When your channel is at its limit, additional viewers are turned away until a slot frees up — the stream itself is not interrupted.

Where a plan states a bandwidth allowance or a port speed, delivery is constrained by that figure. Plans described as offering unlimited viewers are unlimited within the stated network port capacity, not without limit.

If your usage consistently exceeds your plan, we will contact you to move you to a suitable plan rather than cutting you off without warning.

6. Fees, taxes and renewal

All prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes, which are added to your invoice.

Service is paid in advance — monthly plans for each month, annual plans for the twelve months ahead. Access begins once payment is received and continues to the end of the paid period.

We will tell you before a renewal falls due. If an invoice is not paid by its due date we may suspend the channel; see section 8.

7. Availability and support

We target high availability and monitor our infrastructure continuously, but no streaming service is immune to failure. Except where your plan states a specific SLA in writing, availability is a target we work hard at, not a contractual guarantee.

Planned maintenance is scheduled outside peak hours and announced in advance wherever the work allows it. Emergency maintenance may happen without notice.

We are not responsible for failures outside our control: your encoder, your internet connection, your viewers' connections, or upstream network and power outages.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend a channel immediately, without notice, where content appears to breach section 4, where we receive a valid legal or law-enforcement order, or where a stream threatens the stability or security of our network.

For non-payment, we will give you notice and a reasonable opportunity to settle before suspending.

You may cancel at any time — how that interacts with money already paid is covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

After termination we retain your stream configuration for a short period in case you return, then delete it. We are not obliged to retain or hand over recordings.

9. Limitation of liability

We are liable for direct losses caused by our own failure to provide the service with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost advertising revenue, lost subscribers, lost sponsorship, reputational harm, or the cost of an event that did not go to plan.

Except where the law does not permit it to be limited, our total liability in any twelve-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Indemnity

If a third party brings a claim against us because of what you broadcast — a rights holder, a regulator, or a person featured in your stream — you agree to cover the resulting costs, provided we tell you about the claim promptly and let you take part in handling it.

11. Changes

We may change these terms as the service develops or the law requires. Material changes will be notified to you by email at least thirty days before they take effect, and you may cancel before then if you do not accept them.

Prices are fixed for the period you have already paid for. A price change applies from your next renewal.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [CITY], Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek urgent injunctive relief wherever necessary.

Before starting proceedings, both sides agree to raise the issue in writing and allow thirty days to resolve it.
